We are a family homestead in Southern Oregon where we use ethical, natural, sustainable practices to raise heritage beef and pork. No hormones, antibiotics or chemicals to enhance growth. Animals live their entire lives grazing forest pastures and hillsides. As a result, products are rich in Omega 3 healthy fats. We feed dried forages, non-GMO grains, fruits and vegetables. No large scale production methods are used.

Unlike most farmers, Win and Maria, were not born into the farm or ranching community. Like so many folks today we have grown increasingly concerned about the quality of food available. With that in mind we began the journey to raise our own beef and pork. We raise heritage breed cattle and hogs; Belted Galloway cattle and Large Black/Red Wattle hogs. The learning curve has been steep but most definitely worth the work to provide locally grown meat for our family and customers.
We are thankful for our circle of friends who help out and educate us as we learn.

Belted Galloway Cattle - Hay and grass forage raised. Sold as weanlings, USDA processed cuts, 1/4s, 1/2s or wholes.
We spend time every day with all our critters to ensure their health, safety and well being.
